The Prize Draw Shop Ltd, trading as The PrizeDrawCentre ("we" or "PDC") provides services upon the terms hereof ("the Service"). Please read these terms and conditions before completing the application form, as they set out the rights and responsibilities of each of us to the other. We may change these terms and conditions from time to time and we shall notify you if we do on our website under Terms & Conditions.

We are open seven days a week from 8am till 8pm.
The Service consists of:
a. selecting prize draws offered on the internet;
b. filling in entry spaces in selected prize draws with applicable information provided to us by the subscriber (hereinafter referred to as "you"); and
c. selecting competitions offered on the internet;
d. filling in entry spaces in competition entries with answers to required questions. We fill in competition entry spaces by using, among other things, an in-house software solution developed for the purpose.
By applying to and being registered with "The PrizeDrawCentre", you agree to the provision of the Service on the basis of these terms and conditions.
Application acceptance
I. The Service applies to residents of the UK (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) only.
II. Subscribers must be 18 years or above.
III. In order to apply, you must fill in the application form. PDC reserves the right to reject applications for any reason whatsoever. No reason needs to be given for the rejection, although PDC may contact you if your application is incomplete.
IV. Only one membership per household is allowed.
Service agreement
I. Upon payment of the fees as set out below, PDC will enter you into the agreed number of selected free prize draws and competitions per month.
II. PDC will select the prize draws and competitions to be entered at its complete discretion and you agree that you may not influence or request PDC to enter into any particular prize draw or competition. Further, so long as PDC enters into the agreed number of prize draws and competitions per month, it may choose the proportions of the type of entries it makes to achieve this figure. For instance, it may enter one competition and 199 prize draws, or any other combination.
III. By entering into this agreement with PDC, you accept the terms and conditions of the selected prize draws and competitions as set out by the sponsor of such prize draws and competitions.
IV. PDC will select prize draws and competitions and will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that such prize draws and competitions are run by reputable companies. However, PDC is not liable for the acts or omissions of any third parties, including prize draw or competition sponsors. PDC will never enter you into competitions or lotteries that sell tickets or are otherwise not free to enter. PDC has no connection with any lotteries, including the National Lottery.
V. Every month in which you subscribe to the Service, we will provide you with a list of the competitions entered into on your behalf in the previous month. Such list is published in the Prize List section of the website. The list is for information purposes only.
Fees
I. Upon registration, the fees for the subscription ordered will be due monthly in advance. The fees will be charged monthly to the credit or debit card you have provided. We do not store your credit card details they are help by the payment processing compnay only which is fully PCI compliant. Participation for the period specified in the confirmation of registration will begin once payment has been completed.
II. Where payment is due monthly in advance, the Service will not be supplied in any month in which payment is not received. Also, if any of your payments are not made on the due date or are refused, the balance of the subscription fee shall become immediately due and payable. Further, in the event that payment is not received at the start of the month but is received at some point during that month, the number of selected prize draws and competitions to be entered into in that month shall be reduced pro rata to the number of days that payment was outstanding. In that instance, the list sent to you pursuant to section 3. (V) will not necessarily reflect the draws and competitions into which you have been entered.
Limitations of Liabilities
I. PDC will not be liable for interruptions to operations, cases of force majeure or any other interference, including technical interference, over which PDC has no control. Further, PDC not take responsibility for errors in the data you transmit to us, any failure by you to receive information we transmit to you, or any failure by any prize draw or competition sponsor to receive information we transmit to them. This includes, but is not limited to, submission errors caused by transmission failures; delays; typographical errors; telephone or network failures; computer, electronic, or Internet hardware or software failures: the inability of any site to accept all of our data; and tampering.
II. PDC enters into prize draws and competitions on your behalf that are operated by third parties and are based in some cases upon an element of chance. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will win prizes in any one competition, or in any particular month, or at all.
PDC has no influence over the chances of winning any prize draw and will not be liable for any aspect of prize draw or competition administration, including but not limited to the selection of winners, the notification of winners, and the delivery of prizes. Those responsibilities rest with the sponsors of the various prize draws.
III. As we have absolute discretion as to the prize draws and competitions we enter on your behalf, PDC shall not be liable to you for not entering any particular competition. PDC will use its best efforts to answer competition questions correctly, but makes no warranty that such warranties will be correct and disclaims responsibility for incorrect answers.
IV. We make every effort to exclude viruses from the website, but cannot ensure that it will be free from viruses and do not accept liability in this respect. You are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading or accessing information from the website.
V. The Prize Draw Centre cannot be held responsible for the disqualification of an entry based on the breach of the promoter’s terms and conditions.
VI. Members are responsible for supplying complete and accurate details and keeping The Prize Draw Centre informed of any change of address, email address and other required details.
VII. The PrizeDrawCentre cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized use of details provided to competition organisers as part of the service.
Publicity
By subscribing to the Service, you consent to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from your membership, and for your name and county to be used for publicity purposes by PDC in printed or online formats.
Extra requirements
A valid passport, visa, driving license or other requirements may be needed to claim selected prizes.
Cancellation/refund
At any stage within the first 35 days of your subscription you may cancel the service and receive a full refund of subscription monies paid by contacting the PrizeDrawCentre.
To cancel after the first 35 days, please contact us and we will implement the cancellation immediately and no future payments will be taken.
Trade Marks
The Prize Draw Shop Ltd, The PrizeDrawCentre and Prize Draw Zone are trade marks of PDC. Other product and company names mentioned on the website or in other literature we send you may be the trade marks of their respective owners.

Applicable Law
When services on the internet, you are entering a legally binding contract. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you hereby agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
