When people want to win a prize with us, they sometimes have a question about how the service works. We have listed the most frequently asked questions below, but if you can’t find the answer you are looking for just contact us and we’ll find you an answer.
How can I pay for my subscription?
You can pay monthly by credit or debit card, please click here to join now or call customer services on 023 8024 8777.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Switch.There is no ongoing long-term commiment and you can cancel at any time.
How can I be sure you have received my subscription?
We will send you an email and welcome pack by post to confirm your subscription details within three days of you registering.
How soon will I be entered into my first competitions?
The service begins each month on the first working day after either the first or fifteenth day. Please allow five working days between The Prize Draw Centre receiving your subscription payment and commencement of service.
How can I find out which competitions I have entered?
Lucky winners will be informed directly by the competition sponsors.

Can you exclude me from certain types of prizes?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
Why do you assign a new email for my competition entries?
We do this to protect you from excessive promotional emails. We monitor the inboxes for winners’ information and quickly pass on any winning email sent by a promoter. The assigned email address is for competition entries only. If you want us to use your own personal email address instead, please let us know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Why do I not receive confirmation of the competitions I have been entered into?
Most promoters give a confirmation message on screen when the entry form is submitted to them. Only a minority of promoters send a confirmation email. If you wish to receive these messages, you must use your own personal email address (please see above to find out how to set this up). Please be aware that, as a result of using your own email address, you will be receiving a lot of promotional emails as well as the few confirmation ones.
How will I know if I win?
The competition sponsor will contact you by email, phone or post if you are a winner – usually within four weeks of the closing date. Remember to report any change of address and email.
How long will I have to wait to win?
We are confident that you will win, but we cannot predict when or how often. Many winners have been created in the first few months of their membership but sometimes luck can take a little longer.
What should I do if I win?
The competition sponsor will let you know whether you need to confirm your address or phone to arrange delivery or booking dates. Don’t forget to tell The Prize Draw Centre if you win a competition!
Please check our list of entries to find out whether we really entered you into a particular competition if you have doubts about the integrity of the sponsor. We will not enter you into competitions and prize draws that ask for payments before they ship a prize or use premium rate 090- phone numbers to find out what you have won.
Can I pass on prizes to friends or family members?
Most sponsors don’t mind if you want to pass on holidays or other prizes to somebody else. Usually they do not offer any cash substitute for unwanted prizes. You will need to ask in any case.
I still want to enter other competitions independently. How can I enter safely without double entries?
We recommend studying our list of entries from previous months. We do not enter competitions from certain sponsors and certain types because either:

We will automatically renew your subscription every month until we hear otherwise, the cost will remain unchanged. If you do not wish to re-subscribe please call, e-mail or write to us.
